लखनऊ। प्रदेश में परिषदीय विद्यालयों के शिक्षकों को विद्यालय से इतर कार्यालयों में संबद्ध किया जा रहा है। इसकी सूचना पर महानिदेशक स्कूल शिक्षा ने कड़ी नाराजगी जताई है। उन्होंने कहा है कि विद्यालय से इतर संबद्ध शिक्षकों का संबद्धीकरण तुरंत समाप्त किया जाए। साथ ही इसकी सूचना तीन दिन में उन्होंने मांगी है।

महानिदेशक ने कहा है कि पूर्व में भी इसे लेकर निर्देश दिए गए थे। किंतु अभी भी कुछ जगहों पर शिक्षकों की संबद्धता नहीं समाप्त की गई है। साथ ही कार्यमुक्त किए गए शिक्षकों का ब्योरा भी निदेशालय को नहीं उपलब्ध कराया गया है। उन्होंने सभी मंडलीय सहायक शिक्षा निदेशकों को निर्देश दिया है कि अगर शिक्षक विद्यालय से इतर संबद्ध है तो उनकी संबद्धता समाप्त की जाए। सभी बीएसए से इसका प्रमाण पत्र लिया जाए कि जिले के सभी शिक्षक अपने मूल विद्यालय में ही कार्यरत हैं। उन्हें किसी अन्य विद्यालय, कार्यालय व संस्थान आदि में संबद्ध नहीं किया गया है। साथ ही इसकी सूचना निर्धारित फार्मेट पर तीन दिन में उपलब्ध कराई जाए। बता दें कि कुछ विद्यालयों में शिक्षकों की संख्या कम होने के बाद भी उन्हें संबद्ध किया गया है। इसकी वजह से मूल विद्यालय का पठन- पाठन प्रभावित हो रहा है। इस पर अब निदेशालय ने सख्ती शुरू की है।

Lucknow. Teachers of council schools in the state are being affiliated to offices other than the school. The Director General of School Education has expressed strong displeasure on this information. He has said that the affiliation of teachers affiliated to other than the school should be terminated immediately. Also, he has asked for information about this in three days.

The Director General has said that instructions were given regarding this in the past as well. But still in some places the affiliation of teachers has not been terminated. Also, the details of the teachers who have been relieved from work have also not been made available to the Directorate. He has instructed all the Divisional Assistant Education Directors that if the teacher is affiliated to other than the school, then his affiliation should be terminated. A certificate should be taken from all the BSAs that all the teachers of the district are working in their original school only. They have not been affiliated to any other school, office and institution etc. Also, its information should be made available in three days on the prescribed format. Let us tell you that in some schools, even after the number of teachers is less, they have been affiliated. Due to this, the teaching-learning of the original school is getting affected.  Now the Directorate has started taking strict action on this.
