लखनऊ। उत्तर प्रदेश माध्यमिक शिक्षक संघ (चंदेल गुट) ने अशासकीय सहायता प्राप्त माध्यमिक विद्यालयों में कार्यरत रहे तदर्थ शिक्षकों की नियमितीकरण व उन्हें पूरा वेतन देने की मांग की है। मुख्यमंत्री को पत्र भेजकर संघ ने यह मांग की है। संघ के महामंत्री रामबाबू शास्त्री ने कहा है कि माध्यमिक विद्यालयों में कई साल से काम कर रहे तदर्थ शिक्षकों को पिछले साल हटा दिया गया था।

इसके बाद से वह लगातार आंदोलन कर रहे हैं। जबकि उनके हित में सरकार ने कोई निर्णय नहीं लिया है। वहीं हाईकोर्ट ने भी इनके संबंध में आदेश दिया है। कुछ अन्य जगह भी स्थगन आदेश हुए हैं। इसमें तदर्थ शिक्षकों से काम लेने और उन्हें वेतन देने की बात कही गई है। उन्होंने कहा है कि शासन के इस पर निर्णय न लेने से विद्यालयों में अव्यवस्था पैदा हो गई है।

The association has made this demand by sending a letter to the Chief Minister. The General Secretary of the Association, Rambabu Shastri, has said that ad-hoc teachers working in secondary schools for many years were removed last year.

Since then, they have been continuously agitating. While the government has not taken any decision in their interest. At the same time, the High Court has also given orders in this regard. There have been stay orders in some other places as well. It has been said to take work from ad-hoc teachers and give them salary. He has said that due to the government not taking a decision on this, chaos has been created in the schools.
