लखनऊ। प्रदेश में चुनाव आचार संहिता खत्म होने के बाद छात्रवृत्ति की नियमावली में बदलाव किए जाएंगे। बीच में ही एक कोर्स से दूसरे कोर्स में दाखिला लेने पर पोर्टल पर डाटा में आवश्यक बदलाव मंडल स्तर पर ही हो सकेंगे। अभी यह काम निदेशालय स्तर पर होता है, जिससे विद्यार्थियों को दिक्कत होती है। इस संबंध में समाज कल्याण निदेशालय प्रस्ताव तैयार कर रहा है।

कोर्स बदलने पर मंडलस्तर पर डाटा में बदलाव करवा सकेंगे विद्यार्थी
वर्गों के लिए दो लाख रुपये सालाना तक आय होने पर छात्रवृत्ति एवं शुल्क प्रतिपूर्ति की सुविधा मिलती है। हर साल 50 लाख से ज्यादा विद्यार्थी योजना का लाभ पाते हैं। अगर कोई विद्यार्थी बीएससी की पढ़ाई बीच में छोड़कर बीटेक में दाखिला लेता है तो उसे बीटेक में छात्रवृत्ति और शुल्क प्रतिपूर्ति तब तक नहीं हो सकती, जब तक बीएससी का डाटा विभाग के स्तर से ब्लॉक न किया जाए।
इस काम के लिए अभी विद्यार्थियों को निदेशालय आना पड़ता है। इससे निदेशालय में भी काम का भार काफी बढ़ जाता है। इस समस्या से निपटने के लिए फैसला किया गया है कि अगले सत्र से पुराना डाटा ब्लॉक करने की जिम्मेदारी मंडल स्तर पर तैनात उप निदेशक समाज कल्याण दे दी जाएगी। इससे यह काम सभी 18 मंडल मुख्यालयों पर हो सकेगा। इसके अलावा भी विद्यार्थियों की सुविधा के लिहाज से कई अन्य संशोधन भी प्रस्तावित किए जा रहे हैं। इन पर अंतिम मुहर शासन ही लगाएगा।
Scholarship rules will be changed after the elections
Lucknow. After the end of the election code of conduct in the state, changes will be made in the scholarship rules. If you take admission from one course to another in between, then the necessary changes in the data on the portal can be done only at the divisional level. Currently, this work is done at the directorate level, which causes problems to the students. The Directorate of Social Welfare is preparing a proposal in this regard.

For the classes, scholarship and fee reimbursement facility is available on income up to Rs 2 lakh annually. More than 50 lakh students get the benefit of the scheme every year. If a student leaves BSc studies in between and takes admission in BTech, then he cannot get scholarship and fee reimbursement in BTech, until the data of BSc is blocked at the department level.
Students have to come to the directorate for this work now. This also increases the workload in the directorate considerably. To deal with this problem, it has been decided that from the next session, the responsibility of blocking old data will be given to the Deputy Director of Social Welfare posted at the divisional level. This will enable this work to be done at all 18 divisional headquarters. Apart from this, many other amendments are also being proposed for the convenience of the students. The government will give the final approval on these.
