लखनऊ। प्रदेश में परिषदीय विद्यालयों में बच्चों की औसत उपस्थिति 75 फीसदी का लक्ष्य निर्धारित किया गया है। निदेशालय ने इस लक्ष्य को पाने के लिए कार्य योजना बनाई है। वहीं, यह भी कहा है कि छात्रों की अनुपस्थिति का एक कारण कुछ शिक्षकों का देर से आना या बिना सूचना के गैरहाजिर रहना भी हो सकता है। ऐसे शिक्षकों पर कार्रवाई की जाएगी।

पिछले दिनों बेसिक शिक्षा विभाग के वरिष्ठ अधिकारियों ने स्कूलों का भ्रमण किया था। इसमें बच्चों की उपस्थिति संतोषजनक नहीं मिली थी। विभाग ने कहा है कि बच्चों के अभिभावकों से मिलकर उन्हें डीबीटी आदि योजनाओं की जानकारी दें। शिक्षकों की शत प्रतिशत उपस्थिति सुनिश्चित कराएं। महानिदेशक स्कूल शिक्षा कंचन वर्मा ने निर्देश दिया है कि तीन दिन लगातार न आने वाले बच्चों के घर बुलावा टोली भेजी जाए। ऐसे बच्चों के स्कूल आने पर रेमेडियल कक्षाएं चलाई जाएं।

वहीं विकास खंड कार्यालय व बीएसए कार्यालय में जिले में सबसे ज्यादा व सबसे कम उपस्थिति वाले 10-10 विद्यालयों के प्रधानाध्यापकों के नाम व बच्चों की उपस्थिति का प्रतिशत हर माह लिखा जाए। विभाग बेहतर उपस्थित बढ़ाने वाले व इसमें सुधार करने वाले शिक्षकों, प्रधानाध्यापकों को मासिक बैठकों में सम्मानित करेगा।

Action will be taken against such teachers.

Recently, senior officials of the Basic Education Department had visited the schools. In this, the attendance of the children was not found satisfactory. The department has said that meet the parents of the children and inform them about schemes like DBT etc. Ensure 100% attendance of teachers. Director General School Education Kanchan Verma has directed that a call team should be sent to the homes of children who do not come for three consecutive days. Remedial classes should be run when such children come to school.

At the same time, the names of the headmasters of 10-10 schools with the highest and lowest attendance in the district and the percentage of attendance of children should be written every month in the development block office and BSA office.  The department will honour teachers and principals who increase and improve attendance in monthly meetings.
